• Preparing of documentation for mortgage contract

• Fulfillment of conditions for mortgage release (according to conditions in mortgage contract)
• Drawing of mortgage (transfer of funds to the developer´s account according to the executed contract)
• Submitting of the actual extract from the cadaster office for mortgage bank
• Insuring of the property
• Immobilization of property insurance in the benefit of mortgage bank
